“People and their relatives told us the staff were kind and caring. They were overwhelmingly positive in the comments they made. Staff knew what it meant to treat people with dignity and respect, and we saw people had their privacy and dignity respected by staff at all times throughout the inspection. People’s different religious, spiritual and cultural needs were respected. People were supported to maintain these needs.”
I and the family have nothing but praise for the care my mother received during her stay. She was so well looked after, especially towards the end when the staff treated her with the utmost respect and love when she was no longer able to do anything for herself. The staff at Broomcroft are amazing people, very kind and thoughtful in all they do. I cannot thank them enough for making Mum's last months comfortable and filled with love.

What can I say? The staff are truly amazing. Mum is well looked after and I no longer have to go and care for her in the night which has had a positive effect on my health. Mum is encouraged to eat and take part in the activities. Nothing seems too much trouble. Thank you for looking after my world.

My husband was in respite care for four weeks and during his stay he has improved so much, his family can hardly believe it. He has been fed delicious meals and kept clean. The kindness, patience, thoughtfulness and dedication from every member of staff were evident in the first few hours of him being there. He has been very happy and so am I. Thank you.
