Take a video tour of our care home
Discover everything you need to know about our home with our latest video tour. It’ll give you an overview of our home, from the care we provide to the facilities on offer, with photography of the bedrooms and living areas too.
Spacious and purpose built with a personal touch
We encourage residents to bring their own belongings and items of furniture to make their rooms their own. The home itself has many spacious rooms that offer lots of natural light while the gardens are open and sheltered.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
Residents have access to several lounges for both socialising and quiet activities. There are plenty of locations around the home where residents can sit and chat with a coffee or tea.
Personalised care
We get to know each resident personally, so we can make sure we get the balance between support and independence just right.
Secure gardens with many sheltered areas
Our garden is a lovely place to be. There’s a variety of sheltered spots to sit and enjoy the company of visiting family and friends.
Use our private rooms for those special occasions
Residents can book out space for occasions such as birthdays, our staff will be happy to help arrange this.
There’s no typical day at Newton Court, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Watch new films or old classics
Our film nights provide an opportunity for residents to watch the films that they want.
Reignite old hobbies or start new ones
Our staff are willing to support residents in anyway they can when it comes to helping them continue their hobbies.
Digitally Interactive Activity Table
An interactive large table that residents can use with traditional activities or fun new digital experiences
“The service was responsive. People were involved in decisions about their care and support. A complaints procedure was in place and people were aware of how to make a complaint if needed. People's care plans were centred on their individual needs and preferences and were kept under regular review.”
"I cannot praise the staff at Newton Court enough. All staff are friendly, kind, but also professional. Dad loves it there. The food, activities and cleanliness are all fantastic. Dad is treated like a friend, but all nursing and personal needs are seen to in a caring manner. We love visiting him there as the atmosphere is brilliant. Thank you so much."
Daughter of resident, October 2023
"My son came to Newton Court Care Home in February following a long hospital admission, the long term goal is eventually for him to go home and live independently. He has received excellent care by everyone at the home, I would recommend the home to others. All the staff are amazing, nothing is too much."
Mother of resident, August 2023
"We were, as a family, all unsure of how things would turn out. I'm very satisfied to say we had no need to worry. My dad loves the staff and the atmosphere they create, by spending time to care for the person as well as the body. Many thanks for making Dad's later life more comfortable and peaceful. "
